My research and teaching interests concern mainly leadership, ideation, and arts&design-based approaches to problem solving and organizing. I have been working with a number of companies on Innovation Leadership, helped raise start-up capital, and co-developed innovation processes at a number of organizations. Currently, I am working to develop the Studio@CBS, a problem-based, experiential learning space for organizations, students, and academics.
I am continuously working to develop studio pedagogy for management education. For this I created with colleagues a teaching facility on Grundtvigsvej 25, which is called the Studio at CBS. We continuously experiment with teaching formats and management innovations in the Studio. Most of the work at the Studio is problem-based, experiential learning in facilitatied groups. CBS is one of the front runners in the world when it comes to developing Studio-based teaching formats.
I am teaching at the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy, Copenhagen Business School.
